COST ANALYSIS

An estimated short or long term cost of care. A cost analysis is a limited version of a life care plan and establishes costs for non-catastrophic or limited medical treatment. This format is used for:

* Setting Insurance Company Reserves
* Establishing Costs for Medical Care
* Establishing Costs for Limited Medical Treatment (ie, surgical procedures, dorsal column stimulators, and hospital stays)
